All orders are subject to availability. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure Stripe checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Title and risk in the goods pass to you on delivery.

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, email hello@krnch.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer, within 24 hours of confirmation.
As a food retailer, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed food products for taste preference — this applies to all food businesses under UK consumer law. If you're unsure which flavour to try first, our bundle packs are a great way to sample the range.
Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition. Return postage is at your cost unless the product is faulty. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return.
