We process orders quickly — usually within a few hours of placement. If you need to change or cancel, email us at hello@krnch.co.uk immediately. We'll do our best, but once it's been packed we can't stop it. We'll arrange a return instead.

First check your spam or promotions folder — our confirmations sometimes land there. If it's not there after 30 minutes, email us with your name and order details and we'll confirm manually.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and handled securely. We never store your card details.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. Your card data never touches our servers — it goes straight to Stripe's secure environment.

Absolutely. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. We don't include invoices in the box — just the products. If you'd like to include a gift message, add it to the order notes at checkout and we'll handwrite it.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across mainland UK. Express next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm. We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched Monday.

Yes — free standard delivery on all orders over £20. Under £20 it's £2.99. Express delivery is £4.99 regardless of order value.

Yes, we deliver everywhere in the UK. Remote Scottish Highlands and islands may take an extra 1–2 days. We're working on international shipping — sign up to our newsletter to hear first.

Check your tracking link first — it'll show where the parcel is. If it's been more than 7 working days since dispatch, email us at hello@krnch.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate and resend if needed.

Yes — all KRNCH flavours are 100% vegan. No dairy, no eggs, no animal derivatives. Always check the label for the most up-to-date information on each specific flavour as recipes occasionally evolve.

Most KRNCH flavours are gluten-free. However we produce in a facility that also handles wheat products, so we cannot certify them as entirely gluten-free for coeliacs. Check the individual product labels for allergen information.

Yes. All KRNCH products are halal-compliant. We use no alcohol-based flavourings or animal-derived additives. Full certification details are available on request.

Very. We rate it 5/5 on our heat scale. Habanero peppers sit at 100,000–350,000 Scoville units. We use a concentrated extract in addition to whole dried habanero powder. If you're not comfortable with seriously spicy food, start with Salt & Chilli Lightning or Smoky Garlic Blaze instead.

6 months from the date of production, printed on every bag. Once opened, store in a cool dry place and consume within 2 weeks for best flavour. Real talk: they never last that long.

Food products opened and consumed can't be returned for taste preference — this is standard for all food retailers. However if you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or something is genuinely wrong, we'll sort it immediately. Email us with a photo.

Send a photo to hello@krnch.co.uk with your order number. We'll send a replacement within 24 hours, no questions asked. We quality-check every batch but occasionally things get damaged in transit.

Email hello@krnch.co.uk with your order number and reason. Refunds for eligible orders are processed within 5 working days back to your original payment method.

Yes — we work with delis, bars, gyms, offices, and independent retailers. Visit our Trade page to apply or contact trade@krnch.co.uk with details about your business.

Minimum opening order is £150 (ex-VAT). Reorders from £75. We offer tiered pricing based on volume. Full wholesale pricing sheets are sent after a brief application review.
